Sabattus was good to me today....iced 7 pike all 20-25". Meet tcfish and crew while watching the 1st "ford Explorer" being yanked from the ice. The explorer was going from the big bay to the marshy/swampy are and broke through on the tall grass. Heard a sled went through on Friday night by Marrs point. Saturday a Wheeler and sled went through at the same place. Sorry for these guys. The last truck that went through was my buddies. Met him at Nasons with my wheeler and brought him out to the north east side. My truck was at Martins Point and he wanted to get off the lake on the beach at RT 196. I stopped on my way down the lake talking to people so it took me a while to get to Martins. I get every thing loaded in the truck and my phone rings. Long story short, he put his front end of his truck into the lake at the beach. $100 bucks later (Anytime Towing) yanked him out. Good fishing and humor.
