coles creek marina

Im seeking some help trying to get a phone number for the coles creek marina service department in Waddington, NY.  All the phone numbers that i can come up with online are not valid numbers.  I have a guy trying to sell me a boat that is supposed to be at the marina.  Im trying to get ahold of someone to make sure that this guy doesn't owe any marina fees and whether the boat is accessible.

Not sure if it runs or not...supposedly the guy is selling the trailer and the boat comes with it. Typical..moving and it's gotta go kinda deal. 1995 Regal
