Ice Conditions Around Northern Central Ma (Townsend area)

I was wondering if anyone has any info on ice conditions around the Townsend/Groton/Westford area? or anywhere really haha, I have tomorrow off and was thinking about trying to get out for a couple hours. Thanks for any info.
