Author Topic: UPDATED FRABILL POLE BEARINGS (Read 781 times)

So at the end of last season i broke one of the black molded plastic pole bearings (attaches the telescoping poles to the bracket on the flip over shanty's and allows the poles to rotate).

Thinking this has to be a common replacement part i called up Frabill, Gave them the item # and they don't show it available as a replacement part. They gave me the email for their CS. I fired off an email on Monday Morning and still no response.

Anyone ever replace 1 of these and if so where did you get it?

I called Frabill 1st and they gave me the email address [email protected]. But no reply from them.

Is there a separate CS number for PLANO MOLDING?

Yes I had to replace one a couple years ago. I called them and it was no problem had them in a couple days.

Just want to update for future searches
After a 3rd call in i finally got an answer and a replacement part. The item # of the pole bearing has been changed.
Shout out to @Riverfisherman for offering help getting me a part!
