first day out on the ice 2016!

there is a good solid 3 inches of ice on back bays at Kensington and made it out for a few hours of mlk day at 8*F today the holes was freezing with in a minute of being exposed to the air out side the shanty ... here is one picture of the outing I am thinking my hooks are not small enough and sharp enough had big gills look and shy away... so I got to rearm my self and head back out after a quick nap lol's...
