It's my fault. I told all my friends and family there wouldn't be ice till I graduate from the corrections academy. So it's looking like the end of January, sorry fellas!!

Well done!  To make up for it, tell them it will be November next year like usual. Hope it's getting a little easier down there.

The weather channels forecast is toilet paper.  NBC backed you'd be better of with a forecast from Obama himself.
