Thorne Bros Warranty
« on: Feb 04, 2016, 05:26 PM »
What's their warranty like? I've had one of their rods for about a month and a half and I accidentally broke it today. Sick to my stomach right now.
I'd rather be fishing!

Give them a call and talk to them, tell them what you did.

You will find they will do their best to settle your stomach

Good group of people.

Very nice guy on the phone. He told me that I have to ship the rod back with the tip because the guides are where all the money is at and they would rebuild a new rod for me at half the cost of what a new one is. Still hurts a little, but I can deal with not having to pay full price for another Quiverstick. My next rod will be from them as well, seem like some great people.

Awesome.  I too am planning two more rods from them.  Planning a special guide placement for baitcasting reel setup.  So I would like it to be placed on a reversed spline.

I've purchased two from Thorne bros so far and I honestly could not be happier with both the products and the service.

I broke my quiverstick in half a few years ago. It was my fault. I wasn't being very smart that day. Anyway, they did the same. I sent it in and they built me a new one for half price.
