Zack shack bunks

I am looking at building a new shack for next year and like the bunk system that the Zach shack has. I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me how heavy of a pipe they use, and how much weight it is holding.

I made mine using 2" iron pipe and canvas. I figured they would hold about 300 lbs As my son and his GF both slept on one of them. They are much more comfortable if you use a thin camping mattress with them.
