green bay 30 mph winds

Clip from Saturday 3 miles out on Green bay targeting whitefish. All of 4 degrees and 30 mph winds. Fished from a permanent shack but only managed 3 whitefish. Something I will never forget, looked like Antarctica out there, all I could see was snow in every direction https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6aW17mnU-nw

That's some terrible wind. With the limited visibility, I wouldn't even feel safe going out in that.
