I would like to thank everyone for the great support, I have just got back today from seeing him, he is doing better. It was very scary there for awhile, he had a clot in both lungs, and the blood thinners were eating at his colon, he also has a high fever and an infection, they put a shunt in his leg to filter the blood so no clots would travel to his heart or brain.
he is not in the clear yet, but he's a little better than before. thank you and your family's for all your prayers and support. he said that he can't wait to get on the ice. my buddie is only 30 years old and I would like to be ice fishing with him for at least another 50 years.
