Skunked...Part 2

Well...I had a nice relaxing day planned...a few chores but sleeping in was the main idea. Well up at 5 am...nothing to do at that time but cook bacon before fishing. I promised myself if I was off the ice at 11am and I could still get everything done (better than Blue Igloo Yesterday). As Loni heads out for work her last words are..."Your Nuts" !!!! Headed back to EOM because some guy we met yesterday in a "BLUE" shack thinks he just watched some other guys....who heard from a pro.....who heard from another pro...who heard my BS in the first place that there were Walleye in the water. Well...Line in at 8 am in the "Secert Honey Hole". Nothing on the Vex...until...8:30. From then till 10:30 the Vex was useless because the bottom 12" was litterally a carpet of Goldeye. I used bigger lures to keep them from biting (not what I was looking for). Stupid things just loved Jigging Rapellas....would follow the lure everywhere. Long post but in the end I left as Blue Igloo did yesterday...Skunked !!!!

This is Soooooooo embarrassing.....I felt sorry for the fellow that owns this shack...broken windows and a stupid picture stapled to the door. This is why AC dosn't have a shack on the Red !!!!  :D :D :D

To me there are two ways of looking at this.
1) Blue Igloo whether he likes it or not has a new friend
2) AC is bitter about losing 2 sexys New Years contest

Problem for me, is that pic will stay there until next Thursday.......how am I going to explain that to the guys at work who happen to fish by blue?  :-[

Note to self...if I go fishing on the Red soon, find the Blue Igloo and go somewhere else  ;D
