just ordered strikemaster lazer hand auger and was wondering if anyone has one or has ever used one

I have a 8" lazer . thicker ice is hard to use, but still better than the regular auger. I do wish I would have gotten a 6" cause I usually just pan fish and that's all u really need. good luck

Have had the 7 inch for a couple years now and love it, had no problems with it last year when we had lots of good ice, did replace blades once , check and make sure they are the Swedish not the Chinese ones .

I have the 6" model and I'm very happy with it. I always keep a spare set of blades and a small adjustable wrench in my pack just in-case.
