Meyer lake by calmar

Have to go to decorah this weekend and wanted to do some fishing.  I have never fished Meyer and noticed its close enough to decorah that I can can slip away for a few hours. Is this lake worth taking a look at or should I find somewhere else in the area? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hope this helps some.The gps readings may require some translation. I've fished the lake some in the past few years and have caught some nice bluegills and crappies. This year they had a leak in the dam so levels may be down. Also heard reports of variable ice at freeze up. Be careful and let us know how you do. Good Luck !
