Does anyone breed their minnows? Or buy them online? Sick of getting ripped off.

Find a place that sells by the pound. $12 range is good. I use Carols baitshop in Beltsville. ;)

I catch mine.. easy to do..   Keep them just like you would tropical fish.. only try to keep water temp around 40 degrees.

Best by the lb. can keep in a spring or other type place but you need to keep you name on them and be able to prove you bought them,as you will most likely  have more than 50

Do some homework, find a small stream, find a few good holes an catch your own. No compare to bait shop minnows. Winter is the only time of year I actually buy bait cause I want to spend more time on the ice than catching them.
If im not at the bar or work im probably out fishing...

I catch mine in minnow traps.  I have a 55 gallon drum on it side with a hole cut and a filter i made and i have minnows all winter long. U dont have to feed them or anything prolly have 20 to 30 dozen at a time 3 of u use them and never run out.  U can also do i with a tote which is what i did for year.  Just buy some carbon bio balls and ceramic rings layer them in a small bucket drill some holes in bottom and u wont lose a mini all year aleast i dont anyways
