Little Lake in Cambridge
« on: Dec 20, 2014, 12:26 PM »
Little Lake near Puslinch in Cambridge looked promising when I drove by it this morning so I ran home an grabbed my gear.  Went out about 25 feet.  3.5-3.75 inches.  Just punched the one hole.  Didn't want to push my luck too much.  Jigged for an hour with some lookers on the flasher but no takers.  Couple nibbles and pulls but nothing would commit.  Was just ultra happy to be on ice!  Staying cold today and getting real cold over night so I am gonna give it another shot first thing tomorrow morning.  Try and venture out just a little further :tip up:

If I could figure out how to post pics on here I would.  Took a few while I was out there.

Update -
Was out again this morning.  Went out much further doing test holes as I went. Nothing under 3.5 inches that I found coming along from the road access.  Got about 10 perch and 3 small gills and two nice sized ones.  With the coming weather the ice will be all gone I'm sure so I am glad I made it out!
