Donut Lake near Lake Washburn

Anyone have experience on Donut Lake? I have been on there a couple of times open water.

I just looked it up on lake finder and the last survey was in the 80's. Maybe somebody on here can shed more light on how the lake is.

I have been warned about current. My main concern is with how the ice does on that lake.

If it gets safe ice I am going to make a trip up there.
