First day of spring on 15" of ice

First day of spring sitting on 15" of ice in Leicester.  About 10 of clear and the rest white then maybe and inch of snow/slush crap.
5 flags 1 pickrel 2 bass and 2... rolling misses so far! Make it 6! Gotta go!

Still 18" to 24" where I've been fishing here in NY.

I know right. I live 5 minutes from the Chu. Still locked up solid. Not going to see her open for the 1st Saturday this year I don't think.  :( :(. But there would be nothing wrong with the Chu 1 day and ice the next ;) ;)

Pretty good day out there nothing big but 10 or so bass all around 2-2.5 and a few pickerel missed some good rollers too. Temps were nice, but made a 2" layer of slush. Be careful of spring holes they are honeycombing and some were sucking down pooled up water. Be safe everyone
