I use photobuckt as a free pic hosting site. I take pics with my phone then email them to myself and once they are in my computer I upload then to my photobucket library. Once they are in there is a small icon on the top right and when you pull it down there are links. I right click the direct link and it will flash copied.  If you look at the buttons right above your message use the bottom left that says insert image. When the window opens up just right click and paste and its posted. Seems like a lot of work but it works for me. Good luck.

There is a tutorial about how to post pictures on the Ice Shanty Home page( top section). I never would have figured it out on my own.
