Well I guess it was too good to be true....It was supposed to be here yesterday, and I waited till today, check email, and seller just informed me that his inventory was "off"....and he does NOT have one....which wouldnt be so bad if I hadnt waited a week...and a day AFTER it was supposed to be here....oh and this is a top rated seller with 100% positve rating....oh well guess the ole Jiffy 10 inch will go out again....I just like the 8.25 inch when I take the kids....POed....

PS he says he has a "black" one available....but from what I see they are refurbished.....which wouldnt be horrible, but thats not what I bought...

Tell him since it was such a long wait that you want your money back and ask if he will give you a discount on the black one. If he says no, give him a neg feedback. That is totally unacceptable. Make sure you don't tell him you will give him neg if he doesn't give you a discount... he'll report it to ebay and you'll get in trouble. (I've had buyers try and blackmail me into giving them money so they won't leave neg feedback on a good transaction, ebay bans them and doesn't allow them to leave feedback).

You can open a case in the resolution center on ebay, that is the best way to go about it if he has not given you your money back yet. Won't hurt the seller or you by opening a case, but it will make the seller respond within 3 business days or ebay will automatically refund your money.

As you know, the opaque tanks haven't been available for quite a while now and I don't expect they ever will be again.

410277 is the Tecumseh P/N for the black tank assembly.  You can still find them around if you don't want to deal with the eBay guy.

Just put one on my SM 49cc TCII. Here's a link to find your specific motor. Nope, no opaque, all black, but mine had lots of cracking getting ready to fail....... I'll deal with it. Pretty fair price and fast shipping. Lots of parts for all kinds of stuff. http://www.jackssmallengines.com/Jacks-Parts-Lookup/Manufacturer/tecumseh/1537/-1

I just pulled the POS tank filter and put in a 1/8 "brass fitting. I drilled the hole slightly smaller then the 3/8" thread side of the fitting put a bead of (jb weld water) and a rubber washer for good measures around the fitting. Screwed it into the tank and put a 3/8" thread brass lamp nut on the inside and snugged it up. it will not an has never leaked since. I put new 1/8" id 1/4" od line on. I went to a RC hobby shop and bought an inline aluminum fuel filter witch has the hard to find 1/8" fittings also can be cleaned an reused. Took 2 beers to do (45 min) and cost 9 bucks including the filter. Hope this can help all with a leakmaster auger.
