Jiffy customer service

Purchased a jiffy 30xt power auger yesterday. When I got home and tried to start it could not pull the rope. removed the recoil and tried to spin by hand would not turn. called jiffy expecting all kind of questions. spoke to Jim and explained what the problem was. said he would take care of it by sending a new power head over night. was not expecting this.very happy with jiffies great service.Thanks Jim.  Roy

So you're saying you bought a defective new product and they replaced it as per warranty?
