Hello, I am planning to go to Willow Creek Reservoir and Pishkun Reservoir next week. Does anyone have any idea of how thick the ice is?
Thank You

Post two more time and then you can look at the reports and conditions page.

Thank you! I have been viewing this site since last year. I just started back ice fishing last year after about 40 years.

Talked to the game warden in Choteau about ice conditions and he stated that the ice is very suspect at all lakes on the front. Bynum and Nilan were reported to have open water and Pishkun wasn't looking very good either.

Has anyone heard anything about the Western Bar Derby at Willow Creek? Cancelled, still planned...?

Also, was there any word on how the bays of Pishkun are? I have known Pishkun to have open water in the middle, but the bays can remain fishable.

>:(What bays? Was up fishing this fall with the boat, couldn't even launch. They drained it down to main lake only. Unless you know exactly where you are going I wouldn't fish Pishkun for awhile.
