Although I didn't catch anything I did get out on the ice!!

I was only brave enough to get out into about 5' deep of water and I did have a couple fish on the VEX.

No biters though and no spikes for bait

. There is about 3" of ice, but it probably won't last too long if the weather doesn't get colder.

nice too see we have ice, but I think it will be another week for me.

3" not me, glad to see the flasher working. And the fish don't start bite'n till Christmas, anyway.

It was great to be back on the ice!! Hopefully it will lock up for us in the next week or so, looks like it will be getting cold again!! I've actually been out on less ice before, back when I was a little lighter

I fished on 2".

It was great to get the VEX fired up again.

Well I'm in the same boat now (no pun) all the ice is GONE

, hopefully next week it will be back.
