I think its time they start writing these frigging laws to where anyone can understand them. from 10 year old kids to the judges using language everyone will under stand. they make it so confusing for everyone. I wonder how good the excuse of I read the law and thought it meant I could do this when in fact you cant works with the game wardens. And of course the games wardens are there to enforce these laws which are written by the state to bust all the people who either don't give a crap about the law, or (as shown many times on this site with many different laws and regs) cant understand them. They need to cut the crap with all the gray areas so the guy thinking hes doing everything legal after reading the laws and thinking he understands them gets busted using bait before the first. contributing to all the pay checks of the dubs whom wrote this BS law book in the first place.

Not only should the laws be written in such a way that 10 year-olds to judges can understand them... But aren't we in the 21st Century?  There should be an application that you just enter the name of the body of water in and up comes the whole shebang on the rules for that body of water - all the rules to just that one body.  Why is it that we have to go back and forth through pages of a book in 2013?  The IFW needs to get with the times as well as become user friendly....
