how to fillet a pike?

caught a beautiful 30 incher today..I was told there was a post on how to fillet them...where can I find it?? ???

Look under the tips section at top of any page on this site. Schroll down to northern and click there. Then look for Grumps thread on "boneless pike fillets" or something like that.

I have always found it easier to cut them in to steaks.  You get a lot more meat that way.
