Use fathead minnows on tip ups and you will catch them.

Honda, walleye, perch, jiffy, can't beat me!, the best, Frabill, frozen water, fish fry, pike, bass, tip up, Vexilar, Clam, John Deere, Eskimo, Aqua Vu, Mr. Heater, Monster Energy, steak.

I tried that and did not catch anything. But they were biting on tip ups.

Ripping Shad with a minnow head or tip-up with treble hook and two minnows will catch you a limit... guaranteed
