i never said no ice!it is unfishable where he is staying just trying to help him out.my friends are ok never had a problem with them others not so much

Wasn't bashing Jeff. Just wanted him to know there is fishing to be had. Can't get out to the real walleye grounds but some good perching to be had right now.

Just got back from Mud Creek. 7" + of ice. But no fish! 20+ shanties out there. Nothing personal there "nontypical", didn't realize where you were talking about, didn't see it on the page that he was talking about the west side of bay. By the way, I was at Sunset Bay Marina last Thursday.... saw 12 shanties about 2 .5 miles out with no ice around anywhere. Did some people lose some shanties or get rescued lately?

Yeah you have never helped me catch a fish on the bay, now tell me I'm not being honest. LOL

not sure about the bay. but augres river ice is 5'' plus fished yesterday from 4;00pm till 6;45 pm  . caught 27 walleys not one over 14''. not a dull moment just an empty fry pan  true and honest report !!!

Water is cloudy in 4' of water at Vanderbilt Park. 6" of ice. 2 buddies have been on Saginaw river the last 2 days, they have hammered the walleye, but only kept 3 fish.
