Giant Snake Trout

Hit the ice a little after 7am this morning. First fish, just under 26" skinny rainbow. Caught several fish and lost as many using small flies. Landed several on a small chin spin with a black and green curly tail grub. Mostly cutbows caught with one splake. Ice was 6-7" in most places with 4-5" in others. Only one other group on the ice. Fish were 8-10' in 12 FOW. Now I just need to decide where I'm going tomorrow. I was thinking of hiking for lakers but have never fished Southpark lakes and it's sounding tempting.
