There Klim's, they're better known for sled/offroad apparel.

I prefer mucks/bogs/whatever, but those look more comfortable for moving around or alot of walking. Hope ya like 'em.

Holy crap, for $250 i hope the work good sir.
Im going on year 4 with my 2000g Waterproof Cabellas that i got for about 60$
Have never leaked and keep my feet warm and dry. I got a tip a couple seasons ago to treat them with camp dry before every season.
Not that it needed it for waterproofing, but its like RainX for your gear. Not only waterproofs but keeps slush /snow from sticking and building up on my boots.

The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad.

I might have to give these a whirl. Every year I say im going to buy a new set of boots, but cannot seem to stop wearing my 7 year old $40 dollar cheepies that dad gave me one year for hunting.....those things are bulletproof. I know I need to have a back up plan so I have been searching really hard this year. post up a review when you get them. im intrigued.

Fellas, checkout boot section at walmart online. Some sick boots at low prices. They might not be name brand but some of those boots look legit.  Plus you cant beat walmart warranty.

Klim is notoriously pricey gear in the motorsports world, I have a pair of the same boots that are Bombardier branded, super super warm, I love my boots, I did the ebay thing and picked them up for about half of the $250 sticker. I rarely wear them fishing though, just standard baffin insulated rubbers for me.

Bull,
Very nice pair of boots. Should be very warm.  Hopefully you will report over the winter on warmth of the boot and how they stayed dry from sweat and outside moisture.

Stay safe  ....    Tom

I got them and they are hard to walk in. A friend told me they are meant for snowmobiling and not walking. Iam going to return them and go back to Lacrosse.

I suppose it makes sense that they're stiff for ankle support while sledding. I still recommend lat least going to a store and trying on a pair of bogs/muck boots, being warm and completely waterproof is really nice for kicking out holes.

The standard Baffin insulated rubbers for me.

Go with what works ^^^

Why try to reinvent the wheel, Baffins are warm, waterproof, and reasonably inexpensive, who could ask for more?

I got the Baffin Control Max last year...super warm and insanely comfortable...not the model I would have gone with but I got a crazy good deal on them and couldn't pass it up.  I know the Impacts get a lot of good feeback here....
