Ground Hog Hunting

Going ground hog hunting tommorow so we can have 6 weeks of winter in southern iowa instead of 2 weeks of winter this year . I heard if ground hog dont see his shadow we get 6 weeks of winter !!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D LOL

 Good one im still waiting  for the 6 more weeks of winter we only had 2 weeks of ice fishing this year and I was on the ice for 11 of the 12 safe ice days we had  ;D ;D ;D  But 6 more weeks of winter would be great!!!!!!!

Here in Pennsylvania if the groundhog see's his shadow, which he did, we get six more weeks of winter.  I sure hope it's real winter with cold and snow not this warm crap we've been having with no snow!

Hey,  they taste like chicken ;D ;D ;D lol Had to eat one once, we call them woodchucks.  Shot one when I was really young, 12 or 13 over 30 years ago, while hunting squirrels with my dad.  He scolded me good and made me carry it the rest of the hunt and made me clean it and i had to eat it. It really wasn't to bad. It did taste  a little like chicken. rich  :)  Never shot one since.
