Dunkirk Harbor

Had a little time this morning and stopped to cast at the warm water discharge. No luck. Shad are in and so was the wind. Daughter has ice skating lesson tomorrow at SUNY. Thinkin about bringin my auger. ::)

i loved fishing dunkirk harbor casting cleos from 6-9 then minnows5 ft under a float n waitn. i never had any luck right behind the plant. always just from the peir on the right side towards the rock wall. haha i used to have so much fun.

has anyone been hittin steelhead in the harbor? i live only a few blocks away and im dyin to get out fishin today..

if you can get em they love rosie reds 5-6 ft under a bobber cast out like 10 ft from the wall and best color cleo thats worked for me there was orange n orange glow

my buddy fishes the harbor with a white marabou under a float, does fairly well. i have been planning on trying sometime, never seamed to remember about giving it a go

The wind has been tough at the harbor, and the shad are in.
