anybody fish here is there much ice ? i deer hunt up there and always wanted to ice fish it i think this year i will.

I fished it about 8 years ago, I remember we had flags all day as well as a few bonus fish when picking up. Some of those smaller salmon just sit there with the bait in their mouths without setting off the trap.

30 mile an houre breeze is normal. Not worth it for a bunch of short salmon IMO. My last trip there a swore would be my last, that was about 15 years ago. If you go good luck and it will be windy.
