What's everyone's take on Gore-Tex and the other breathable fabrics used in the better clothing and footwear. Personally I think it over rated ,over priced and sucks. Never breathed for me, boots, jackets, bibs I end up soaked with sweat in any of it and I'm not a sweater. Might as well put a trash bag over my base layers.
