Any of you RI Iceshantians head north or west early in the season?   Head for pike, bass, or pan?  Was thinking about taking the drive in early Jan if we're not locked up down here.  Thinking Berkshires.

I work in NY and will be home on the 28th, I also live in EG and would totally be down for a trip to find some ice. look me up ill bring the cigars and whatever else we need... either that or I will go cod fishing.

Got ice, will travel!  Berkshires is awesome.  I don't really know where to fish there.  But every pond has a fish I say!  Let me know.  I camp/kayak around there in the Shelburne Falls area Deerfield Rvr.  Keep me posted.
