Hey if you ice addicts in the Boise area aren't busy next month, I've just arranged to do an Ice fishing seminar.

Date Thurs. Dec 8th
Time 6:30pm
Place Sportsman's Warehouse on Fairview in Meridian

Would really enjoy having as many of you show up as possible. They are going to make a flyer and get the word out by newspaper I think. It will be an hour long and cover the basic aspects of our beloved addiction from dressing for the ice to tactics, equipment and safety.

Had 10 show up. Thanks to Chief and KozinKenny and Squarehog for being there . I guess it was good I went an hour and a half and no one seemed to mind. Everyone there were already familiar with ice fishing to I had to change the overview on the fly and adapt it a little for more experienced guys. But I had a great time.

It was a great time.  I learned something from you and got to put faces to a few names.  I talked to some friends of mine and they wished they could have gone.  Next time we can advertise more, i.e. Statesmen, Tribune ect.  The information you put out will bennefit everyone. Again it was my pleasure to meet up with you guys. Again, thanks.

The seminar was great I felt that it was very informative and our group of friends and family got a lot from it. The jigger todder is frickin sweet as well I know I plan on picking a few more up and a couple of friends are as well. Though there was not enough wind for them to be self jigging on sat they were still affective. Thanks again for taking the time for the seminar it was greatly appreciated

hey thanks again hogger>>especially for giving away some of your perchin secrets!  good to meet kozinkenny and the chief> im looking forward to getting together and making some trips this winter with u guys.  oh yeah.. just thought i'd mention mann cr. reservoir outside of weiser is an excellent close ice destination> I fished it 2 seasons back, 1 day, and just nailed em!
