Hundreds of dozens !

In my mind only. I decided the wheel doesn't need reinventing.

Sure saved a lot of frustration too. Not to mention a pile of scraped failures.

That alone, saved me enough to buy($) one, and the free shipping was great.     :woot:

My condolences to you BC on being off. You've got the perfect situation for the project.  Your model is a plus, it's experience. Good luck.   ;)2

At first it can be daunting to figure out how to post pictures. But once you get started, its rather easy. First you need to load your pics into a photo sharing web site, I use photobucket.com. Once you make a free account, you can just upload your pictures to the site. Once they are loaded, select a picture you want to post and on the right side of the screen you will see image links. Just left click on the "img code" and you will see a "copied" message quickly pop up. After that its quite simple. Just open up a reply box in Ice Shanty and right click-paste. At that point you can select preview and your photo should be shown.
Good luck BigCrew and looking forward to seeing what you are planning.

thanks bri, mine is just about the same as yours aside from mine is a modified smittysled that I made 30 years ago, mine is a bit bigger its 4 feet wide x 5 feet long, the bows are mounted much higher than yours because I wanted to be able to stand up in it,the sled has a seat built into it with storage underneath it,the bottom of the sled is expanded metal(its like heavy wire mesh you can get it with differant size holes)that I had left over from some quad racks I built a few years ago,I went with that to keep the weight down,I might go with canvas for the cover and have it sewn by a pro depending on the cost,is the 1/2 inch conduit strong enough,I was going to use 3/4 but if the 1/2 is strong enough Ill go with that and its cheaper to,as of now I'm trying to find someone with a bender that I can borrow,or for the 30 bucks or so just buy my own and have it for future projects once again thanks for sharing ;D
