curious if a marcum will work in the same shack as a vex?will the interference reducuction allow oth units to operate without flickering?looking for a cheep flasher for my gf that will get along with my lx-3 and would like to know before i jump on a good deal.thanks

Last year I fished with my lx3 next to an fl18 and we could both fish just fine. But when all 4 of us were out on the ice in the open, 2 lx3, 2 fl18, the vex's just couldn't handle 2 of us.

Maybe you should think about the LX-1. It might coexist better with the LX-3 better than the FL-8.

Who cares about the Vex's just get a Marcum LX-3 and let all these vexalites go through the pain of being blown out of the water .LOL.

only rason i asked is because i have a guy trying to sell me a vex cheap.otherwise i wouldnt consider it.

I think if it is just going to be the 2 of you and the vex has rejection, you will be fine.
