What depth of water do ucatch the most walleye's in?
Does it differ from one lake to anouther? Does it change from one lake average depth of say 10ft to another of say 30ft or more.

It depends on the depth and structure for each different lake. It also depends on time of day. I have caught wallleye in 3' of water at night on tipups and the next morning, I'm jigging them from 17' deep. This particular lake is only 30' at it's deepest spot and I've never heard of a walleye being caught from "the trench".

All depends on the lake and the structure beneath, as well as the weather, etc. I usually have good luck fishing off creek mouths, where there's a decent gravel bed or shelf to find. Once you get into one, there's usually more to be had.  Look for structure and you'll find fish. Best time to do this is in the summer and mark it on a map, or take a mental note to go back. Use a GPS if you have one.

Most of the time it depends on the time of day and weather ONCE you find good structure.  Usually rainy weather promotes good walleye fishing.  At night i have caught walleye in 2 feet of water but during the day i usually catch them right on the bottom.

I usually jig in the low 20 foot range in the twiglight, right around the edge where the rip rap meets softer bottom. Sometimes I go shallower. During the day walleyes go quite deep on my lake since it is very clear and the sun is intense at 6,000 feet in elevation. Tough to catch except during the two twighlight periods.
