I'm from New York. 30 mins away from Greenwood Lake and Monskville. This site is addicting already!

... yea too bad I missed out on this tourney. Count me in next year though 8) I like to fish for Bass, Pickerel, Perch, Crappies, Trout

Welcome aboard! As for the crutches, get an old wooden set, take the rubber boots off the bottom, drill a 1/4" hole straight into the middle of the bottom, screw a 5/16" x 2.5" screw into the hole 2" deep, grind the head to a point. Voila! Ice pick crutches!

You will have to be quite careful but it can be done. I know from experience, I blew out my knee a couple of years ago and couldn't make myself just sit at home.

Good luck with the knee surgery.
