Children tip-ups?

Can children (younger than 16 yo) use their own tip-ups ice-fishing in NJ?  If so, how many?

Or are they included in the parent's limit of 5 devices?

Search for the answer online digest & NJ forum but couldn't find a clear definitive answer....

they just don't need a licence yet :tipup:

NJ Piker - thanks for the quick reply!

My 11 yr old son will be very happy.....  (until I tell him the law also says he has to drill his own holes....  ;)   He's dying to go out on Sunday.

 :'( :'( :'(   Wife is taking him to see King Tut exhibit in the city....   and son wants to go there instead of ice-fishing today....     younger generation nowadays.. whatever happened to priorities...   ::) ::) ::)      Next weekend though..!!

Mike, that's awesome that you have your son out there and he is excited to go! Make sure you tell him he has to scoop all of the ice out of the holes as well! haha
