Not sure how much that hut is, maybe $250???  I would say $300 is a good deal for all of it.  I would skip the hut and make an offer on the auger as I have a hut and have sat in it ONCE.  But one of my friends dad passed away and got an auger, hut and accessories for $200.  The hut was $350 new.  I got a swinging deal as both were only used twice.

Looks like that auger is $300ish new.  appears to be 2 HP
