on 8/31/10 at 440 my little princess was born she is 6lbs 15oz 18.6" long cant wait to take her ice fishing with the 2 boyz

awwwww...good luck with the new one coming soon.

I suggest, you put on some "mood music",a "babbling brook"...and a set of ear phones...place on Mommas belly and the little one will be a great fly fisherman/woman!!!!!!!!

Seriously though-before mine were born I did that with a lullaby-and after they were born I would hum the tune and they stopped fussing and were calm.
(Just remember to NOT play marching band songs-they get on a yellow line and keep on going!!!!!!!)Which in some cases is NOT a bad thing when they grow up and keep finding you no matter how many times you move with no forwarding address.


I think I have ICE FEVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking from experience.  The princesses can fish every bit as good as the princes.  I have 3 of my own and they can keep a dad very busy indeed.

Congrats on little one. Mine are 8 and 16 both girls, and the little one was already asking when we are going ice fishing. You will enjoy being with her on the ice. Bring lots of treats and keep her warm. My little one was still in the car carrier when she first went ice fishing, wife wasn't all to happy but she got over it, lol.  CONGRATS again and have fun :clap: :clap:

Congratulations to you your wife and family . Enjoy every moment of parenthood the years go by quickly even though at times it will not seem that way. I only have a nephew hard to believe he is already elven years old more into soccer then fishing.
   As others have stated bring items to keep your daughter occupied while on the ice and plan on short days. Please post pictures of her on the ice when you finally take her out ,all of us members enjoy viewing each others photos especially of youngsters having fun on the ice.
