check around, you'll want to find a store that will mark down the ice fishing equipment rather than store it for a year.

If you are near a small sporting goods store, or a store that doesn't have much storage that's better.

Small Fleet Farms, bait shops, etc.

Don't forget to check ebay.

You'll have people that bought new stuff and then decided that they really don't like the cold.
