I just went to Cabelas last night and picked up one of theirs for $19.99 on sale, and it's a pretty nice one to boot!

I thought the same thing when I was at the ice fishing show in syracuse- rod storage case was over $70!!  :o  went home, found one of two hard arrow cases and cut the foam so the slid right in- holds 4 rods very nicely!!  8)
Why work when you can fish?<br />

The Otter cases are real nice. I do not one, but when you take into consideration that 4 quality rod and reel combos can run you five to eight hundred dollars then 70 is not that much. I own some Cabelas bags as mentioned and some St.Croix bags and they seem to do the trick. I have Plano arrow cases, but haven`t tried those yet.

I use an arrow case. Had to give up my bow due to a shoulder problem. Just got some foam and fit my 3 favorite rods . It's light, compact and really protects the rods. I do have to fold the reel handles down though :-\

Stone Legacy 4 rod case.

The Stone Legacy will be my next rod case.  I currently use the larger size Glacier Bay bag and I took a bunch of those plastic tubes they use to seperate golf clubs in a golf bag and cut them up to use as rod protectors, they work pretty well but I really like that legacy case.
