I see Keeley looks like a ball with a nipple on the south end. Is this where guys go for the jacks????
Where you guys using those cisco's on your tipups or those big herrings???

Where do they go for the Pickerel?
What are they biting on?

I haven't ice fished Keeley in yearrrrrs.  But back in the day, used to go up to Keeley and Canoe quite a bit.  I think these lakes now have a special possession limit, so be careful!

Walleye:  Anyway, back then, we went straight out from where the river meets the big lake (turn left at boat launch), and drive kinda NE about 3 or 4 km out and find the sunken island/dropoff.
Probably some other shacks, etc out there so you may be able to tell.  You go from like 10 feet to about 50ft; that's the drop.

Pike: Not so sure.  I summer fished pike along the east shore, where I also caught walleye too.

There's also splake at Fern.  Try it!?!?

Keeley has a nice bar/lodge there too! I'm sure some guys in there can help you out.

For walleye, take some fish scent along.  I like swedish pimples tipped with maggots or minnows, whatever.
