it begins

coming home Indian Lake in Worcester was completely skimmed with ice and this was at 3PM.  pool it almost walkable and the swamp that's only about 6 inches deep has about a half inch.  10 day forecast on weather.com shows temps not getting any warmer but colder.  If it stay true a week from now they are calling for high in the upper twenty's and lows in the lower twenty's to upper teens.  looking good.  Anybody change there predictions?

I would love it if you guys would pm me and hook me up in central mass for first ice. I'll buy the lunch and beer. I've got 2 SUL jig rods w/ Micro ice braid 4lb Two nice med w/ 8lb braid and floro and 5 sweet traps, lubed with new dacron and floro! I am ready!

 :whistle: Stop all of this talk of ice!!! You are gonna make the cold gods mad and they will bring us more of that nasty warm weather...

The E wind coming will rip up what is skimmed but it sure looks good for you guys out west to be on the ice within 10 days.   The forecast is a sight for sore eyes!!
