Hey guys im from indiana trying to plan an ice fishing trip on lake mile lacs. Ive been looking at the ice houses they have around the lake and was wondering what u guys think is the best one. I plan on going around the 18th of jan looking for mostly walleye. If anyone has used someone and had a good trip i would like to here about it. Its about 12 hours away from me. So any info would help me out.

Paul Waldowski hosted the Iceshanty get together last winter. He is the owner of Appledoorns Sunset Bay Resort on the east side of the lake just north of Isle. He had all of his shacks off when we were out there, but they looked pretty decent. Paul was more than happy to help our group find fish. He sure seemed like a nice guy.
There are tons of resorts on that lake, you will just need to call around for pricing and accomodations.
