depends on if you're just looking for pike or looking for "big" pike

Generally speaking the pike in the main body of the pond tend to be bigger than the ones in renshaw bay. I don't know why but it seems that most of the fish that win derbys come from over towards the wigwam and eddies cove.

also there are a few shanties out there now but you better have a way to anchor them down ie. tie it to your snowmobile because the wind is whipping

Does anyone know how much snow they got today. I have a 4 wheeler to pull my gear with and would like to know if it is worth going or I may try Otisco Lake.

Going to the pond for the first time this weekend? How much ice is up there? Is it worth going? Been fishing Tully Lake and its been slow.
