what is the longest i could wait before cleaning my catch .and it is frozen

it just gets harder to do the meat gets flaky the longer you wait

I would say 3 days max and then after that the meat will get tanted by the urine and feces  :sick:

they will go that long.but i would try to clean them the same day or maybe the next.i fish late into the nite and sometimes its just to late so i clean them the next day.

keep your fish in a 5 gallon bucket with water in it while on the ice, you can splash water into a bucket using your scooper, then keep the fish alive in the bucket till you get home=way better meat quality not slime fillets and the skining part is not a mess like once the fish have been frozen, i have kept the fish in a 5 gallon bucket of water until the next day and they were still kickin in there, thats how i do it......
