I need ideas for my seating in my ice shanty

I have a 2000 voyager and  my seats in there are very uncomfortable exspecially when im on the ice for over 5 hrs...which is very often....they are fold down seats on a aluminum rail I would like to put some kind of comfortable seat in there i was almost thing a nice bench seat on a older chevy truck that would fold down all the way......any pics of yous would be awesome!.......thanks....dave

I would measure the inside of the shack on how much space you actually want to use....then go to junkyard and find a auto seat like the old bench seat mentioned, shouldnt cost an arm or leg unless you get the leather w/ heat option :)

 I think that would add a HUGE amount of weight. Here is my seat mod in my Guide. Added a little weight, but made it a lot more comfortable, raising the seat height and adding padding for my big arse. I spent more than 6 hours on the ice several times last year and was very happy with the results.

I did the same thing in my single and my double fish trap.  Added some weight but with all the crap I carry I didn't even notice it and who cares as long as I am comfy would add a recliner if I could.
