Hey anyone know the ice conditions for Whalom in Lunenburg? I was going to give it a shot if its safe enough.

   Save yourself the trip if you're heading down form Derry...I was out there yesterday morning and I stayed within 100yds of the ramp.
  It was getting thin in some of the spots I drilled past that distance. No flags either...

 <3" There was 3 good inches but 1.5" of crust yesterday when I headed away from the ramp...I was fishing on 4" w/1.5" of crust...

I've never even seen it, but it appears to be the only decent lake around my gf's house. So maybe some day i'll give it a try, now that I've given the state of Mass. my money for a license...
